Go to the Register page and fill in your username, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a password. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP via SMS to verify your number. Once that's done, your account is active. Full KYC verification (ID submission) is required before you can make your first withdrawal — you can complete this from your account dashboard after registration.
